Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days; however, our primary goal is to craft products that resonate with our customers’ hearts. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Petzenzone during the warranty period, we’ve got you covered. Please e-mail or contact us, providing your order number and product picture. Upon verification, we’ll send you a shipping label. As soon as we receive the returned product, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to make your experience with Petzenzone positive.

Also, note:

  • A credit will not be issued unless a return is authorized by PETZENZONE before returning the goods.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations:
Any order that has not been shipped can be canceled. If the order has already been shipped, return it upon reception.
