Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.petzenzone.com. 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

PETZENZONE is an online pet store. We can offer such an excellent range of products, so as a result, the items are shipped from several different locations and are often shipped in several separate packages. It is possible that one order can arrive in more than one shipment.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us, you will receive a notification and confirmation e-mail with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation e-mail, our system has adequately processed your purchase and pre-authorized your payment method. We will then submit your order to our transit team to contact our supplier or warehouse manager to ensure your item is in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If your thing is out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your order’s item(s) become available for shipping within nine days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment process:
Upon receiving your order, we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing immediately. Once the tracking numbers are available, we will issue those to you via e-mail to the e-mail you provided at the time of your purchase. If, for some reason, you do not receive the tracking information from our team within three days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at contact@petzenzone.com

Due to high demand and low supply, certain items can only be placed on backorder at specific times. Don’t hesitate to contact customer service to hear about any available items.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive; if you notice any damage, you should note it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos to contact@petzenzone.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

PETZENZONE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, don’t hesitate to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
